Meghalaya cricketer in national camp

SHILLONG, MAY 15: The All India Junior Selection Committee of BCCI has selected Aryan Borah of Meghalaya Cricket Association for the U-16 players national camp to be conducted at National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru from May 22 to June 17.
Left arm spinner, Aryan Borah, has been shortlisted for the camp by virtue of his sterling bowling performance last season claiming 27 wickets for Meghalaya in the A&A Tournament and a rich haul of 23 wickets while representing the combined A&A team in the BCCI, Vijay Merchant Trophy (Under-16) tournament, MCA honorary secretary N Bhattacharjee said in a statement issued here.
Further, 4 players from MCA U-16 category namely Ashif Khan, Agreas Sangma,
​ Marlemba Norem and Praveen Chetri has been selected from preliminary trials for the regional camp of NCA at Dimapur from 14th May to 4th June.

In the U-19 category, 5 players from MCA – Rohit Shah, Mukesh Kumar Ray, Akash Kumar Choudhary, Arbin Singh and Biprodeep Dasgupta has been selected from MCA on the strength of their last season performance in the Cooch Behar Trophy (U-19) tournament, for the NCA regional camp at Agartala in Tripura.
