Dr. B.D.R. Tiwari, Chief Electoral Officer, Meghalaya on Thursday convened a meeting with representatives of political parties in Shillong. During the meeting the CEO informed the political parties of the ending of the SSR activities with effect from 1st January, 2024 as qualifying date. The final publication of Electoral Rolls will be published by the respective Deputy Commissioners and Sub Divisional Officers on the 5th January, 2024. All political parties are requested to inform their district units to collect the same from the office of the Deputy Commissioner (E) and SDO (E).
