SHILLONG, AUG 25: The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) will meet Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma at 6 PM on Tuesday to discuss its 5-point charter.
The development comes after the KSU CEC on Tuesday accepted the government’s invite for talks. Publicity secretary Pynshai Kupar Dkhar said the union expects the meeting to be fruitful.
Home (Political) Joint Secretary DD Syngai, in a letter, informed that the meeting will be held in the Conference Hall of the Main Secretariat Building.
Four KSU leaders were arrested for the Aug 19 violence during the black flag bike rally.
