CRPF’s first women jazz band performs at Ziro International Music Festival

CRPF’s first all women jazz band, “Stoney Haven”, the brainchild of Dr. Sujoy Lal Thaosen, IPS, DG, CRPF, raised on 1st March 2023, enthralled the audience at Ziro International Music Festival with their scintillating inaugural performance.

The Mahila Jazz Band showcased such electrifying performances of their original compositions, with just 6 months of training, which was applauded by everyone. This performance of “Stoney Haven” is not just a display of musical talent, but it is also a celebration of women’s strength and resilience.
