Tura run for Olympic

SHILLONG,JUNE 28:  West Garo hills district administration in collaboration with the District Sports Office of Tura today organized a short run of about 2 kms starting from Chandmary playground and covering Ringrey Bridge, District Auditorium, Old Civil Hospital, MDC Hostel, AOC Hawakhana, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ringrey and back to Chandmary field.

This run is non competitive organized to create awareness about the ideals and values of Olympic movement as well as to recognize and acknowledge the selfless services extended by thousands of officials and volunteers for the conduct of successful and peaceful Olympic fames every four years.-By Our Reporter
