SHILLONG, JULY 13: The Sub Divisional Officer (S) Sohra Sub Division has informed the general public that any complaints/grievances can be done through the PDS Grievance Redressal Mechanism: Toll Free Number 1967 or 1800-345-3670 and Whatsapp Number 9402327737 are in place for citizens to lodge complaints or to find out information about the Department. The Sub Division has also identified Sub Divisional Grievance Redressal Officers and Assistant Grievance Redressal Officers to address the issues faced by the citizens. Complaints can be lodged online via the Meghalaya Public Grievances Redressal and Monitoring System (MEGPGRAMS website at www.megpgrams.gov.in
