SHILLONG, SEPT 13: Meghalaya has bagged two awards in India Today State of the States Study 2016 and the award ceremony will be held in Delhi on November 4. Official sources said that it is a proud moment for the state to get the two prestigious awards. The awards will be given by union finance minister Arun Jaitley.
