SHILLONG, SEPT 18: The BJP national chief Amit Shah has postponed his visit to the state to October 7.
Informing this here on Monday, BJP state vice president JA Lyngdoh said, “Due to unavoidable circumstances the visit of the national president Amit Shah has been postponed to October 7.”
Shah was scheduled to visit the state on September 28. This is for the second time that Shah has decided to postpone his coming to the state.
Earlier, the BJP Meghalaya Pradesh had informed that the Shah during his visit would inaugurate the newly constructed building of the state party’s office besides meeting religious leaders and sitting MLAs from different political parties.
