    Resident of Kench Trace, Inverniel

I am glad the General Secretary of the CPC has spoken about organising a cleaning drive in Wahumkhrah and other rivers so to make it free from pollution. However, I also would like to urge the CPC to also consider the noise pollution created during the events (specifically at Kench Trace Mandap) at immeasurable decibel levels that goes on till past midnight. This causes a lot of inconvenience to residents of the Inverniel locality (young and old). Blaring music past 10:30pm should not be allowed in future. Mr. General Secretary, Central Puja Committee, it would be a highly appreciative gesture if you can consider and show some sensitivity and respite to the residents of Inverniel. Happy Durga Puja.
