Oct 31 state holiday

SHILLONG, OCT 27: All state government offices and all revenue and magisterial courts and educational institutions in East Khasi hills shall remain closed on the October 31on account of Nongkrem Dance. The principal secretary of the General Administration Department (GAD) informed on Monday that the state government offices will be having a holiday in East Khasi hills district on account of the annual dance festival.- By Our Reporter
