NYC GS appointed

SHILLONG, SEPT 28: The Nationalist Congress Party, Meghalaya State has appointed Dap Kupar Nongrum (Bovi) as the general secretary of the state Nationalist Youth Congress (NYC).

The appointment was given by Vijay Raj, Vice-President, NCP, Meghalaya State and the same was handed over by Saleng A. Sangma in the presence of SP Thapa, General Secretary, Meghalaya State and Torang R Marak, President, NYC, Meghalaya State.

During the meeting held here, the party also enrolled several members.
