Midday meal rice

SHILLONG, JUNE 17: West Garo hills deputy commissioner (Supply) has informed that food grains (rice) under mid-day meal scheme has been released for the month of April, May and June through the fair price shop dealer/school secretary for the purpose of delivery to the doorstep of respective lower primary schools at the scale of 100 gms for 64 days for each student and upper primary schools at the scale of 150 gms for 64 days for each student within Tura sardar.

All fair price shop dealers/school secretaries should lift the stock within 5 days from the date of issue of delivery order and any delay in lifting should be brought to the notice of the deputy commissioner for necessary action.- By Our Reporter
