SHILLONG, APR 8: Twenty-two year old Pynthorbah KSU president Jied Lyngdoh has been detained by the police on Monday for a case relating to arson. The police had requested for five days custody, but the court granted only two days police custody. According to East Khasi SP M Kharkhrang, Lyngdoh has been detained for being involved in the arson case in Pynthorbah which had nearly gutted a shop. He said, “The fire had partially damaged the shop.” – By Our Reporter
