SHILLONG, APR 12: Mawiong unit KSU education secretary Patrick Cecil Thangkhiew and its member Damayan Skhemiew were arrested by police on Thursday for their alleged involvement in the murder, kidnapping and dacoity of labourers on November 20 last year. East Khasi hills SP M Kharkhrang said that the two are co-accused in the case that took place last year. Kharkhrang also said that the two were absconding ever since the incident occurred last year.
