SHILLONG, JAN 29: The Khun Hynniewtrep National Awakening Movement (KHNAM) chief Pyndapborthiaw Saibon has decided to contest the KHADC election from Shella constituency. He told reporters, “I have decided to contest in the forthcoming elections on the request and advice of the people and leaders of the party from Shella area.”
Saibon will be contesting against sitting MDC Teinwell Dkhar who belongs to the United Democratic Party (UDP) and Congress candidate Pynthymmaibor Chyne. The KHNAM chief contested the last state assembly elections 2013 from Mawlai constituency. He is confident of winning the MDCs election.- By Our Reporter
