SHILLONG, MAY 11: The Deputy Commissioner of West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin has declared May 28 as holiday on account of ‘Shad Suk Mynsiem’ of the Seng Khasi, West Khasi Hills. In this connection, all State Government Offices and all Revenue, Magisterial Courts, Institutions in West Khasi Hills District are to remain closed on the above mentioned date.
