SHILLONG, APR 9: Two persons were arrested for peddling heroin, police said. Fasterwell Kurbah and Iaraplang Marbaniang were arrested from a tourist taxi (White Alto 800) bearing number ML 05M 8113 at Umsohsun during a routine vehicle checking conducted yesterday, police said.
Police informed that 10 pieces of small papers containing heroin was recovered from the duo possession. According to police, the two persons have been forwarded to court.- By Our Reporter
