SHILLONG, DEC 3: A day before the night road blockade called by the pro-ILP ngos starting from Wednesday, miscreants set on fire haystacks which was kept for feeding of cows in Mawlai. The incident took place around 10 am on Tuesday. East Khasi hills SP M Kharkhrang said that the hay which was completely charred is estimated to have cost Rs 2.40 lakhs.
