SHILLONG, SEPT 15: East Khasi hills police arrested four youths for assaulting truck driver, helper and his son on Saturday night. One of the persons who were beaten has been admitted in the Shillong Civil Hospital for treatment.
East Khasi hills SP M Kharkhrang informed the four youths who were arrested are Jonathan Marbaniang (27), Lumborlang Warjri (27), Jerryland Lyngdoh (27) and Jeremy Shylla (22). The driver truck bearing registration no UP-15-AT Gulfam Khan (38), Baram Pal (42), and his son Kapil Kumar were the unfortunate victims of the attack
Police informed Gulfam has been admitted in the Shillong Civil Hospital for treatment.- By Our Reporter
