Father rapes minor daughter

SHILLONG, DEC 17: A father who raped his own minor daughter has been arrested by the police on Monday. This horrifying incident happened in Welloi village under Mawsynram police station when the twelve year old minor girl was raped by her own father Plen Mawlong who is forty-eight years old. Incensed by such barbaric act, Mawlong’s wife and the mother of the minor lodged an FIR stating that her daughter was allegedly raped by her own father in their residence on December.
