SHILONG, SEPT 23: United Democratic Party (UDP) working president and legislator Paul Lyngdoh lodged a complaint at Lumdiengjri police station against a group of people that had launched a smear campaign against him in the Facebook. The UDP leader is an active facebook user and updates his status almost every day. This also must be the first instance in Meghalaya of a political leader filing a complaint with the police for a smear campaign against him in the social media facebook.- By Our Reporter
