Shillong, Oct 6: Irked by the failure of the state government to release the 30 percent pending arrear, a delegation under the Meghalaya College Non-Teaching Employees Association (MCNTEA) Friday have decided to conduct a rally near the office of the All India Radio, Shillong on October 11 at 11 am and will proceed towards the main secretariat after the rally.
