Border students get some glimpses of weapons used by BSF during an exhibition

The exhibition which displayed the latest defence weapons and equipment used by the BSF to thwart anti-national elements – was part of celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

More than 500 people including school children attended the programme and were offered to have glimses of the modern weapons possessed by the BSF.

During the event, the children were thrilled to have a close look on such weapons and to know about the capabilities of these lethal weapons.

Earlier while speaking as chief guest on the occasion, Aphonous Khonglah, general secretary of Bakur appreciated the initiative taken by the BSF.
