SHILLONG, APR 21: The ANVC (B) said on Monday that it is not ready to attend the upcoming tripartite meeting scheduled to be held on April 24 as the outfit has not received any official communication from the state government.
“Without an official communication, the outfit’s leaders feel that it unsafe to move around as leaders of the organisation have been arrested for no rhyme or reason in the past,” ANVC(B) publicity secretary Doang D Shira said in a statement on Monday.
Shira informed that the ANVC(B) has not received any official communication from the state government regarding the official truce meeting slated for April 24. According to him, the outfit’s leaders will attend meeting only if there is an official communication.- By Our Reporter
