The ANVC(B) felt Garo hills needs a change and said peace in Garo Hills can only be justified through reconciliation and mass prayer for healing.”
The ANVC-B also urged the churches and social leaders to initiate a forum for mass reconciliation.
Pointing out its recent warnings about infiltrators and presence of foreign elements, the ANVC-B said that the recovery of IEDs in Saturday’s operation in one of the eight constituencies is a matter of great concern.
