Shillong, Sept 30: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is tentatively scheduled to visit Shillong from Oct 4-5 for the President’s Colour conferment to Meghalaya Police at JN Stadium, Polo.
East Khasi Hills DM Abhilash Baranwal has declared a 3 km no-drone zone around the stadium from Oct 2-5 under Section 163 BNSS.
The ex-parte order was issued on Sept 29 in view of the visit and presence of VIPs.
