Meghalaya CEO holds meeting with political parties

 Dr. B.D.R. Tiwari, Chief Electoral Officer, Meghalaya on Thursday convened a meeting with representatives of political parties in Shillong. During the meeting the CEO informed the political parties of the ending of the SSR activities with effect from 1^st January, 2024 as qualifying date. The final publication of Electoral Rolls will be published by the respective Deputy Commissioners and Sub Divisional Officers on the 5^th January, 2024. All political parties are requested to inform their district units to collect the same from the office of the Deputy Commissioner (E) and SDO (E).
