SHILLONG, JUNE 16: Two youths from the state has made it into the prestigious All India Civil Service. Spencer Mervyn Mylliem son of Meghalaya chief secretary WMS Pariat and Daniel Vincent Laitflang Stone son Dr. Cecilia Laitflang Stone passed the All India Civil Services Examination, 2013. While Spencer is a graduate in computer engineering from Pune and has also served in Infosys for a brief period, Daniel is a graduate from St. Anthony’s college in Shillong.- By Our Reporter
