MCS nominated to IAS

SHILLONG, JAN 23: Two Meghalaya Civil Service (MCS) officers on Friday were nominated to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).  HM Shangpliang, MCS who is the Director,  Social Welfare and Directorate of Information & Public Relations and HB Marak, MCS, joint secretary of revenue have been nominated to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), a government notification said.- By Our Reporter
