Adverse weather situation has led to the cancellation of Day-1 of the Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival. Due to impending rain, that poses a potential risk to all the festival goers and collaborators, the Day’s performances stay cancelled. However, to the delight of all the festival goers, the organizers are ensuring that they miss out on no performance, as most of the performances that were scheduled for day one got transferred and distributed accordingly on Day Two and Day Three.

The people who had booked their tickets for Day-1 need not worry as the tickets holders will be given free access to either Day 2 or Day 3. The ones who have booked their tickets for the entire season will get the refund for the payment they have made for Day 1. Thus, to ensure that the music loves do not miss out of the Day-1 of the musical extravaganza, the organizes are leaving no stones unturned.
