SHILLONG, AUG 26: Meghalaya minister for sports & youth affairs Zenith M Sangma inaugurated the first fish pond under Aquaculture Mission in South-West Garo hills district on 26 August at Okkapara under Betasing C&RD block. Speaking on the occasion, Sangma urged the partners under Aquaculture Mission to support the government in order to uplift the standard of living and livelihood so that the people
would be able to stand on their own feet.
