Centre sanctions Rs 43.70 Cr for NH

Informing this on Tuesday, Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma said, “₹43.70 Crores sanctioned for strengthening of 14.900 kms of NH 40E(Now NH 206) for Dawki-Amlarem-Jowai by @MORTHIndia. Thank @PMOIndia and @nitin_gadkari ji.”

Home Minister Lahkmen Rymbui, who is also representing the Amlarem constituency, said this will greatly improve the socio economic development of the people of the area & boasts the tourism sector.
