SHILLONG, AUG 25: Thirty nine years old Vicky Sunn alias Kundu allegedly murdered his own 80-year old grandmother Hormen Sunn in her residence in Bishop falls, Block-1 Mawprem on Auggrust 13. Police arrested the grandson on Tuesday from a remote village of South West Khasi Hills District where he was hiding for the past 12 days after committing the crime.
East Khasi hills SP M Kharkrang said preliminary investigations indicated that she was murdered by her own grandson. The accused has been brought to Shillong to be produced in the court for further investigation, he added.- By Our Reporter
