3 days state mourning

SHILLONG, MAR 27:  The Meghalaya government has declared three days state mourning as a mark of respect to late PR Kyndiah, former union minister.  The state mourning will be on March 27th, 28^th and 29. During the period of state mourning there will be no official entertainment and the national flag will be flown at half mast at all government establishments throughout the state. A state funeral will be held on March 29.- By Our Reporter
