It is official, Mawthoh to be UDP Nongthymmai candidate

Shillong, Sept 26: It is now official, Jemino Mawthoh will be the UDP candidate from Nongthymmai as MDC Lsatiphlang Kharkongor- who was also vying for the party ticket- has bowed out of the race and instead endorsed the party decision to allot the ticket to Mawthoh.

The suspense over who of the two- Mawthoh and Kharkongor- would be allotted the UDP ticket is finally over as the party has successful resolved this ticklish issue.- By Our Reporter
