MCAB postpone its AGM

SHILLONG, DEC 9: The 36 hours bandh of the pro-ILP ngos beginning from December 10 from 5 am till 5 pm the next day has thrown cold water on programmes that had been lined up for the two days. The Meghalaya Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd (MCAB) had to postpone its annual general meeting slated to be held on December 11. The MCAB managing director DF War informed that the stakeholders of the bank will be accordingly informed about the reschedule date of AGM. Some of the schools were also slated to announce the results on December 11 but because of the bandh it will be unable to do the same now.– By Our Reporter
